The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter Terms and Conditions) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Website shall be understood to mean:

3. COMMENT CONTEST
The prize in this giveaway is only valid for individuals over the age of 18. To enter, you must leave a comment about the product you purchased. The tone of the comment must adhere to Apricotte editorial standards Apricotte comments should be helpful; those that simply say “The product is good” or “The product is bad” are not valid). Customers who leave a comment that follows our style guidelines will have their comment published and will automatically be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place during the first week of each month. Comments must be received by midnight on the last day of the month to be eligible for that month’s draw. The winner will be contacted via email within 14 days of the draw. The winner will receive a single promotional code valid for the following 3 months, to be entered at the end of the checkout process, entitling them to shop any other pair of glasses from any of our collections shop cost. - DATA PROTECTION
