How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on the country or area where you are located, orders are usually delivered within 48-72 hours in mainland Spain, 48 hours+ in the Balearic and Canary Islands, and 2 to 5 days depending on the European country.


How much are the shipping costs?

On the Peninsula, shipping costs are free fororders over €99.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Deposit or Transfer: You can pay for your order by bank transfer or by depositing the order amount into our bank account. Our Banco Sabadell account number is: IBAN: ES4400817306640001288739. Transfer fees will be borne by the payer, so you must indicate the order number and name of the person making the purchase in the payment description. Please note that shipping will begin once the payment has been received in our account, which will normally delay the order by a day or two. If the transfer has not been made within ten days, we will proceed to cancel the order.

Credit card: You can pay by credit card at no extra charge through our secure platform.

Payment using PayPal: Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or your credit or debit card, without sharing financial information with Apricotte. PayPal automatically encrypts sensitive data using the best technologies available on the market. Orders paid using PayPal are not subject to any surcharge on the total amount.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Search for and select the product you want. You can make a quick purchase from the product category by simply clicking on "buy now" or review the product features and click on "add to cart."

Step 2: Once you have added the product to your cart, you can change the quantity, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

Step 3: If you continue with the payment and already have a user account, simply log in and enter your email address and password. If this is your first purchase, you will need to fill in your shipping details.

If you are a new customer, you must fill in all the fields in order to proceed with the shipment. You can create an account by clicking on "save my information and shop faster next time."

Step 4: You must confirm that the delivery address details are correct and, if they are not, you have the option to change them. If they are correct, decide on the payment method and click on "continue to shipping methods."

Step 5. After selecting the shipping method, click on "continue to payment methods."

In this new section, you can choose how to make the payment and select your billing address.

Step 6. Complete the order.

 

Do you restock items marked "out of stock"?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, the website will indicate that it is out of stock.

 

Will I receive the same product as the one shown in the photo?

Yes. The colors may vary slightly depending on how your device's screen is calibrated.
